Hospitality Management


The Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Hospitality Management is designed to equip students with the professional knowledge, skills and attitude they need to make an effective contribution to the hospitality industry. It aims to train students to proactively identify and assess the changes in regional and global business environments and analyse their implications for corporate operations and management in the hospitality industry.

The programme prepares students to develop their career in hospitality industry in Hong Kong and the Greater China.

A recognised Associate Degree or a Higher Diploma or equivalent qualification.

Those who do not possess the above-mentioned qualifications but have reached the age of 25 at commencement of study may apply as mature applicants. Mature applicants should possess relevant working experience in supervisory / managerial positions and have completed post-secondary studies in related fields. They will also be required to pass an admission test and demonstrate to the Admission Interview Panel their ability to complete the programme.
